Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra presents the inaugural Strings Residential. Come and enjoy specialist coaching from string players of the world-class orchestra as you explore popular string orchestra repertoire, build ensemble and musicianship skills, as well as delving into the world of quartets and quintets. A minimum of Grade 6 ABRSM or equivalent is recommended.

Fully inclusive residential single room £330; shared £290 per person; Non-residential option £250 - includes suppers, lunches and all refreshments- Excludes B&B single.

This course is led by members of the Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra, which has been a cultural beacon, both nationally and internationally, since its foundation, marking it’s 125th Anniversary in 2018. Under the baton of Chief Conductor Kirill Karabits, the orchestra performs over 150 concerts a year, including at the BBC Proms.
