Enjoy two days responding to the beautiful landscape around Hawkwood. Part taught, part demonstration, part experimentation, this two-day course begins where you’re at and helps you develop towards where you want to be. There will be plenty of tips on composition, different approaches to priming and how to use a range of different media in ways that help develop your creative expression. We’ll be experimenting with inks, acrylics, texturising mediums, oils and cold wax.

What previous participants have said:
“I hadn't done anything like this before and you met everyone at their own skill level and took them forward. I was frightened to use colour and paint, but thanks to you have now broken through that barrier.”
“I have a degree in fine art, but Jaynie helped me break up and edit the landscape in a way I hadn't experienced before. Techniques for colour creation and exposure to different materials, like cold wax, meant I now have a more in-depth knowledge that has freed me up to express myself creatively with confidence.”
