The timeless images produced by the ancient art of woodblock printing are still admired and produced by artists today. This short course with master printmaker Rod Nelson will equip you with the tools, techniques and material needed to produce your own beautiful images through this fascinating and versatile craft. No previous experience is necessary.

Residential options are fully inclusive with all meals provided. Non-residential options include suppers, lunches and all refreshments and exclude B&B.

Arrival and registration 4.00-6.00pm Friday 3 May; course ends at 3.00pm on Sunday 5 May. Rod will early morning Sunday session before breakfast, as the course ends early due to May Day Festival. Non-residents can have breakfast that day.

Rod Nelson is a woodcut printmaker and teacher of many years experience and has co-authored a book on the subject. His work has been shown nationally and internationally. He is a tutor at the renowned West Dean College and has taught in the UK, Germany and Holland.
