A new and different approach to creativity from a leading composer of music

A composer starts from silence and ends up with a piece of music. The weekend is designed to give you something of the composer’s experience in a fun and challenging way, working in small groups on listening, playing, and finally composing and performing a short new instrumental work. No previous musical knowledge whatsoever is necessary for this workshop. Everyone is welcome - just bring your willingness to try out new ideas.

Fully inclusive residential single room £275; shared £235 per person; Non-residential option £195 - includes suppers, lunches and all refreshments- Excludes B&B.

David Stoll is a composer of music for the concert hall, the theatre, television and radio. David gives lectures and masterclasses, and occasionally designs projects in
creativity for schools, higher education and the corporate sector.
