Tuning In - Mindfulness and Singing with Sian Croose Fri 21 Sep - Sun 23 Sep

  • Arts

We will explore the connections between singing and mindfulness, using meditation, voice work and a range of material both composed and improvised, to revitalise our singing. We will concentrate on the details that we might miss when the emphasis is on learning material or working towards performance: slowing down and looking at breath, body and vocal sound, melody, harmony and rhythm. The weekend is for singers with some experience of harmony singing and vocal leaders, but do contact us if you have any questions
