The one single lesson of all the scriptures and sacred writings tell us that unless searchers undergo a radical transformation of the whole of their being, they cannot come to the Truth or God or the Real.
In this weekend retreat we will explore the various steps and stages of transformation through dialogues and discussions from Hindu, Buddhist and Christian sacred literature and in the teachings of two modern sages, namely, Krishnamurti and Gurdjieff. The process will also involve mindfully watching films to strive towards personal growth and transformation by connecting on a mythological, psychological and spiritual level, reassessing our inner capacity and connecting with our deepest and wisest self.
We will be guided to access our inner wisdom by using our whole body, senses and mind, gaining new perspectives and insights that offer the potential of true inner freedom, gradually leading to more and more freedom from ‘ourself’.
"Increasingly one is able to hear the subtle whispers of a mysterious reality, subtler than the body and the mind, and willing to become an instrument of the Cosmic Intelligence pervading the vast universe." Ravi Ravindra
