Learning from the Tibetan Masters Sound Study Day Mon 09 Jul

  • Spirituality

Learn how ancient wisdom has been lost, but that it can be accessed through sound, as if musical scales were a form of storage for wisdom, predicting how humanity would unfold. This is an in-depth introduction to the study of sound and its effects on us and on our natural surroundings.

Ton Akkermans has made a lifelong study of the meditative and craft work of the Tibetan masters. He has an intuitive sense of the way Tibetan people lived, prayed and thought in the Himalayas 5,600 years ago and is in the process of writing a book about this era. He is accompanied by his partner Carolina Schomper, a dancer, musician and energy worker.
