There is a shift in organisational life as the command-and-control paradigm has reached its limits. More effective ways to meet and make decisions coupled with a reorientation towards purpose-driven accountability have led people to work together in more creative and agile ways.

Our workshop will support you as organisational leaders to accelerate this shift in your organisation. This is an experiential, action learning two days where we will share, learn and co-create the next stages of our leadership and our work.

Dick and Jackie work together at Future Considerations a niche consulting practice that supports leaders, institutions and organisational systems to evolve and to influence the great challenges of our time.

Dick Baker has over 20 years’ consulting experience across a range of companies in the UK and internationally across sectors. He supports organisations to develop new ways of working to better reflect the complexity of the modern work environment to help them navigate sustainably into the future. His skills include systemic mapping, organisational constellations, Theory U, Social Presencing Theatre, Action Learning and distributed authority systems like Holacracy.

Jackie Thoms has a natural strategic vision, is powerfully intuitive and committed to bringing new ways of working and living to people and organisations.   Trained in Holacracy, Organisational Relationships and Systems Coaching, Theory U, Spiral Dynamics, and co-creator of Making Teal Real, Jackie is committed to bringing attention and care to the health of client systems in alignment with the emerging future. Jackie has over 20 years experience and has worked in academic institutions, internet start-ups and telecoms companies prior to becoming an organisational consultant, facilitator and executive coach.
