RSA film of Frédéric Laloux, author of book by the same name
Based on three years of research, the book Reinventing Organizations: A guide to Creating Organisations Inspired by the Next Stage of Human Consciousness describes the emergence of a new management paradigm, a radically more soulful approach to work, guided by advanced stages of psychological and spiritual development. In this film, Frederic Laloux discusses the historical evolution of management thinking and shares how extraordinary pioneering organisations in very different sectors (from profits and nonprofits to schools and hospitals) are already operating from the next stage of management.
Join us to meet and watch this lecture together and to discuss the ideas and concepts raised. We call this 'social watching'. The evening will be facilitated by Richard Wilson FRSA, Director of Osca, the social impact lab.
"Frederic Laloux’s ‘Teal Organization’ could serve as the mid-wife for a new worldview that will allow humankind to consciously evolve to a level where the world works for everyone."
