For Change Makers, Creatives, and Seekers
This writing retreat offers a creative approach to the turbulent times in which we currently live. If you are a change-maker, seeker or simply a creative person looking for new ways to reflect on and respond to what life throws at us, this approach will provide ample material and techniques to find a language that supports your path.
During the two-day course, you will root your story in five Earth archetypes. In writing from these ancestral landscapes, your personal search for meaning becomes part of the dream of the Earth, gaining a fierce potency that will awaken you to deeper meaning and purpose. You will come to see how the deserts, forests, oceans and rivers, mountains, and grasslands reveal your soul’s patterns and potential through image and metaphor.
The world of our earth-given imagination awakens us to our mythical depths. It puts us in touch with the part of us that knows exactly what we are here for.
It is time for each of us to write a wilder, larger, and deeper story for our lives.
No previous writing experience required.
The Earth and your own soul require you to live magnificently and fiercely; it is time for a new story. –Mary Reynolds Thompson
