Start the new year with a clear and calm mind - a weekend of meditation and mindfulness for health and wellbeing, for all levels of experience. For the beginner, this weekend course gives understanding, confidence and techniques needed to begin practicing meditation and mindfulness in daily life. For those more experienced, it provides an opportunity to deepen one's understanding and practice.

What to bring: Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a blanket. Chairs are provided but do bring a meditation cushion if you wish.
Sam May BA, BSc, LicAc, MBAcC, has been teaching meditation both clinical and traditional settings since 1994. He is also a licensed acupuncturist, a member of the British Acupuncture Council, and a health consultant for complementary and alternative medicine.
