Being Centred - Tai Chi and Conscious Movement - Paul King Fri 20 Oct - Sun 22 Oct

  • Well-being

With the many inner and outer pressures of life how do we move into living from our centre. We will explore this and our own ‘natural’ patterns in life through tai chi, the five elements of traditional Chinese wisdom, conscious embodiment, neuroscience and positive psychology. Centred physicality supports us in stepping into the world to be at our best, stay calm under the pressures of everyday life and meet our challenges. Paul will give individual attention to each participant as well as cultivating a supportive group atmosphere through shared movement practice. No experience is necessary.

Fully inclusive residential single £285; shared £265 per person.

Includes all meals, refreshments and instruction.

Non-residential £225 (includes all meals except breakfast, refreshments and instruction)

Registration and arrival 4-6pm Friday 20 October. Course begins with supper together at 6.30pm.  Course ends with tea and cake at 4pm on Sunday 22 October.
