This day will explore how to be kind to ourselves and develop a greater sense of well-being, peace and inner radiance. Using mindfulness and meditation practises, we will learn how to nurture our mind, body and soul. By bringing kind attention to ourselves, we increase the opportunity to profoundly change the way we perceive ourselves, other people and the world. This course is suitable for beginner meditators as well as those who already have some experience.
