Simple kitchen culturing creates a nutritional powerhouse of nutrients, an abundance of essential B vitamins, vitamin C, and huge amounts of beneficial probiotics, while also assisting in detoxing harmful chemicals, thus officially making these ferments Superfoods!

In this event you will learn how to create the culture for probiotic tonics such as kombucha, coffee kombucha, jun tea, milk kefir, and vegan water kefir. We will also look at the principles of fermented vegetables and make some classic recipes.  You will have take-home notes, and there will be some cultures available to take away.

Lisa Sture is a wellness coach, specialising in nutritional therapy, raw foods, detox, and fermentation for health. Highly regarded, she has worked with award-winning Yeotown Detox Centre, been production panager for top raw food company Raw Living, and featured in Vogue.
