In this event you will learn how to create the culture for probiotic tonics such as kombucha, coffee kombucha, jun tea, milk kefir, and vegan water kefir. We will also look at the principles of fermented vegetables and make some classic recipes. You will have take-home notes, and there will be some cultures available to take away.
