Gently processed, the maximum amount of nutrients are preserved in raw chocolate, including antioxidents and compounds that are known to induce happiness and a mood-improver known as ‘the bliss chemical’. You had guessed that already, right?

In this course, we will explore the health benefits of chocolate, make simple dairy-free chocolate treats, truffles, a quick no-cook chocolate cake, chocolate bars, and seasonal moulded treats. We will explore alternative sweeteners  and learn the how and why of tempering raw chocolate.

Lisa Sture is a wellness coach, specialising in nutritional therapy, raw foods, detox, and fermentation for health. Highly regarded, she has worked with award-winning Yeotown Detox Centre, been production panager for top raw food company Raw Living, and featured in Vogue.
