In this course, we will explore the health benefits of chocolate, make simple dairy-free chocolate treats, truffles, a quick no-cook chocolate cake, chocolate bars, and seasonal moulded treats. We will explore alternative sweeteners and learn the how and why of tempering raw chocolate.
