The Alexander Technique is a self-help psycho-physical method that can be applied to any life activity, from everyday actions to specialised activities such as music or sport. It has been proved to reduce pain, improve posture and breathing, and relieve tension and stress. With the Alexander Technique you can look after yourself and increase your wellbing over a lifetime. suitable for all levels of experience.

Fully inclusive residential single room £300; shared £260 per person; Non-residential option £220 - includes suppers, lunches and all refreshments- Excludes B&B single.

Arrival and registration 2:30-3 pm on Friday.  The course begins at 3:15 pm with an introductory session for everyone including non-residents.

Robin and Béatrice Simmons have been offering their weekend course at Hawkwood for many years and you are welcome to join us in 2018 either as a beginner or for a refresher!
