This day course offers insightful teaching, meditation, yoga practice and relaxation. All levels of ability are warmly welcome. In fact your level of ability is not important; it is where your attention is that matters. As well as asana practice, there will be experiential talks and demonstrations, revealing how postures affect our attitudes and help overcome so called ‘problems’.
