This retreat offers insightful teaching, meditation, yoga practice and relaxation. All levels of ability are warmly welcome.  In fact, your level of ability is not important; it is where your attention is that matters. As well as asana practice, there will be  experiential talks and demonstrations, revealing how postures affect our attitudes and help overcome so-called ‘problems.’

Ruth White was trained by B.K.S. Iyengar and has developed a unique style of teaching, uniting pupil and teacher in an atmosphere of happiness and well-being.

Arrival 4.00-6.00pm; course begins with supper at 6.30pm. Course ends at 4.00pm with afternoon tea.
