This retreat offers insightful teaching, meditation, yoga practice and relaxation. All levels of ability are warmly welcome. In fact, your level of ability is not important; it is where your attention is that matters. As well as asana practice, there will be experiential talks and demonstrations, revealing how postures affect our attitudes and help overcome so-called ‘problems.’
"Ruth had a strong calm presence. Authoritative and encouraging, playful and lighthearted. The course was effective for body and mind, with a nice vibe. Not “yoga competitive” like some are."
