Celebrate equinox in Spring or Autumn
When we give space to all aspects of your being, both light and dark, our soul can sing! At the time of the Equinox, we stand at a point of balance, between day and night. In a safe, nurturing space of creativity and sharing with others, you will be invited to let your creative voice speak through writing & art. The day includes time outside in nature. Awareness of your dreams will be encouraged, but don’t worry if you don’t dream! No previous artistic experience necessary.

Annabel has been committed to dreamwork for over 20 years, has given several public talks on the “Wisdom and Creative Power of Dreams”, and also runs a dream group in Stroud, Gloucestershire. She is a writer and artist, and dreams are a key source of creative inspiration.
Honouring the cycle of the year and its seasons also has deep influence, and looking after a garden, and growing vegetables nourishes this connection. Her creative workshops weave together these elements, and along with the alchemy of a group, magic happens!
She also practises as a massage therapist and is a founding member of the UK Spiritual Crisis Network. She has recently had her first book published, "Coming Home to Earth - Seeing the World Anew", which can be seen at www.messengerminibooks.com, whose themes are connecting more deeply with nature, inner wisdom and creativity, and has a unique on-line environment.
