Flower essences contain the vibrational energy of the plant they come from, which is carried as a message in water. When taken internally, the essence can work subtly and deeply, bring new awareness and changing patterns for the better.
This course, run by Saskia and Christine of Saskia’s Flower Essences, will cover the background to the Bach flower method and different diagnostic techniques as well as how to make up a combination for your (and/or someone else’s) specific needs. On the second day we will make our own essence with flowers and fresh spring water from Hawkwood’s garden. No previous knowledge is needed, just an open mind and a love of flowers. It is possible to come for Saturday only (£57)

Felce, Christine is a qualified homeopath, having studied in London and India. Saskia Marjoram is a talented florist who has run her own naturally grown flower business.
