Learn how to breathe better by observing how you breathe now, then creating new conscious breathing patterns that can improve your health and well being. Biofeedback, breathing techniques and mindfulness meditation will be covered, helping you to appreciate the breath in a new and deep way and understand its pivotal role in physical, emotional and spiritual health. Led by a doctor and an osteopath, the course is suitable for anyone interested in mind/body balance and the process of awakening.  Health practitioners and those undertaking professional development are also welcome. CPD certificates available on request.

Beales, David FRCP MRCGP worked within the NHS as GP and physician until 2000 when he extended his holistic practice by further training in mind/body medicine, including mindfulness-based stress reduction and cognitive therapy.
