A new way to relate
Changes in the world are all about changes in relationship. How can we become more awake to how we are with each other? More skillful? More undefended? More resourced? More loving?
We can experience relationships in a profoundly satisfying way. We just need to be more present, more connected, and more open. The course will draw on psychosynthesis, gestalt therapy, focusing and heart dialogue. There is no specific agenda. All you need to bring is yourself, just as you are.

“The space we hold is a space for what is already within us to be richly revealed in the moment, through the catalyst and mirror of being with each other.”
