The unique weekend is based on the exploratory work of Prof Raymond Dart in the 1940's.
Two experienced teachers of the Alexander technique give insights and new experiences of movement, inner balance and letting-go of hidden tension. We will link with our ancestral past. discover the rhythm of life and you will be able to experience your own miraculous evolutionary process.

Simmons, Robin SVLAT, MSTAT has a lifetime’s experience of the Alexander Technique and has been running an approved teacher training programme since 1982.
