This workshop is about aligning with life's creative flow and connecting and opening to our natural vitality. Using our creative awareness, our bodies and our hearts, we will explore how to embrace more of ourselves and each other.

Belle, Nicola is a trained facilitator with Speaking Circles and has been teaching and running groups for 22 years in yoga, meditation, parenting and life skills. She has a particular interest in dance, movement and tantra, having explored these for many years. Nicola works in Stroud as a psychotherapist and counsellor.
