This workshop encompasses spiritual development and the extraordinary healing effects of Tobias Kaye’s unique Sounding Bowls. Operating on four levels: Body, Form, Process and Being or Spirit, we will look through the lens of Sounding Bowls - playing them, listening to them, holding them - touching on inner exercises to ground and calm the soul. Then we’ll consider sacred geometry, spirals and methods of enfolding and unfolding our potential. We will touch on exercises that explore the space between self and other, between love and fear, and the intervals of the western scale as patterns in meditation: strengthening the presence of the true self in everyday life.
