Rosen Bodywork is a way of using gentle deep touch that acknowledges the source of our aches, pains, and fatigue. As we let go of unconscious tensions frozen into the body, our automatic patterns, attitudes and responses surface. We can then let go of what no longer serves us, and open to more of our capacity for well being, creativity, and an authentic relationship with life.
This nourishing weekend is an ideal introduction for anyone interested in exploring the way emotions shape our bodies, and for therapists in other modalities looking to complement their existing skills.
