Your Life, Your Story, Course no 243
Friday, 18 Jun 2010 - Sunday, 20 Jun 2010
![]() |
The story of your life is a unique narrative, and setting it down for family and friends can be a deeply meaningful project. Guidance is given on how to make a chronology, choose your format, write about people and incidents, and work with photographs and mementos to unlock memories and find the threads that lead from past to present. In the beautiful setting of Hawkwood, we will be able to experience the sights, scents and sounds of nature as triggers for earlier recollections. There will also be discussion as to the nature of myth, memory, ancestors and the ‘truth’ of your writing.
