Studies show that 90% of healthy adults have restricted breathing patterns. This influences all areas of our life including health, emotional well-being and connection to higher states of consciousness.
Transformational Breathing™ shows us how to gently open up restricted areas, integrate energetic blocks and learn to use our breath more effectively, helping to bring us closer to the experience of consistent joy that is our birthright.
Participants will learn techniques for working with their own unique breathing pattern. There will be two full breath sessions and recommendations for ongoing practice. Suitable for all levels including beginners.
