This workshop is full of potential for you to clear any negative thinking while getting in touch with your creative spirit! The drum has a direct connection to your endorphins giving you a natural lift as you go deep into the heart of this magic instrument into your true nature. We will explore traditional hand drums from all over the world with an emphasis on the African Djembe allowing you to work with all kinds of drumming and percussion styles. Mike McElya returns to Hawkwood College for another fun-filled weekend.
