THE SACRED ARTS OF HEALING: Shamanism and spirituality in our everyday work
A three-part training programme for healers, carers and therapists
The Sacred Arts of Healing is a shamanic programme enabling those who work with the vulnerable to draw nearer to the roots of the core spiritual experience which precedes all healing and significantly reduce or remove the distress, burnout, soul-loss and spiritual fatigue so often found in therapeutic work. Working within the context of the North West European shamanic traditions we will develop own individual spiritual pathways by means of the shamanic journey, through dream, art, dance, song, ritual, oracle, vigil and incubation. Applications are welcomed from those who work full-time as therapists, teachers, carers, nurses, social workers, healers, priests, psychotherapists etc. All spiritual backgrounds are welcomed on this programme. Participants do not have to have a shamanic background or experience.
All three courses must be attended, starting in September 2010. To see details of each course module, and for an application form please contact Caitlín Matthews Email: tigerna9@aol.com or visit www.hallowquest.org.uk
