What is the story of your heart? We are offering a space where, at this autumnal time of year, men can name and express what needs to be released, where we feel loss, perhaps powerlessness or confusion.
Through a variety of simple techniques, and individual as well as group sharing, we will be exploring the deeper transitions of masculinity and how we can return to our essential energy. The weekend, shaped and held by two experienced facilitators, will include meaningful ritual and creative expression as well as reflective time - brotherhood in all it signifies.
