Japanese Embroidery Courses
12 Feb 2012

This unique and beautiful type of Japanese embroidery is an early art form dating back to 500AD, used originally for the Buddhist temples and for the elaborate decoration of kimonos. Students of Japanese embroidery learn traditional methods and techniques for producing truly stunning works of art.
The courses are for both beginners and intermediates. Beginners will make a start on their first piece, to be continued at home and completed at future courses.
