The Art of Beautiful Boundaries
Every decision we make is a choice between our 2 fundamental needs. The need to be accepted by others and the need to be true to ourselves. Often being authentic can mean the risk of being rejected, so we tend to sacrifice it in favour of the safety of attachment. It’s why we can find it hard to say no, even to things we definitely do not want to do (especially to people who are close), or to ask for what we really want, need or desire.
This course is for everyone who has ever found it hard to say no, has felt unclear about what they actually want, or has ever said yes to something then felt resentful.
On this course we will unlock our natural ability to choose between attachment and authenticity. We will learn how to use it as a foundation for healthy relationships at work and at home, to feel more confident and alive. We will learn how to become more capable of looking after our own needs so we can better show up for ourselves and those we care for.
