A retreat for women

Facilitator: Bee James & Lesley Joy Quilty

Using a combination of reflection, creative exercises, and small group constellation coaching we will rehearse the embodiment of ten archetypes essential to effective leadership.  Insight into how these archetypal characters show up in us as gifts and as shadows leads to a greater understanding of ourselves, our underlying patterns, and possible untapped inner resources.  With the support of a safe encouraging circle of women we can liberate and rehearse new self-beliefs, choices, and behaviours.

Event time: Mon 14th Oct at 10:30am - Thu 17th Oct at 2:00pm

At a glance

  • Introduction to the 10 Archetypes essential for women leaders: Sovereign, Strategist, Nurturer, Lover, Dreamer, Storyteller, Renegade, Transformer, Warrior, and Explorer.
  • Reflection, creative exercises and small group coaching to reclaim and balance positive feminine & masculine qualities within.

Participants will gain

  •  A rejuvenated connection with many parts of ourselves and our relationship to work
  • Determination and confidence to own and embody our power in a variety of settings
  • The capacity to shape the world we want to see in the workplace
  • New awareness, deep insight, and the sweetness of support to realise our dreams for our life and work as women

It is clear that women have a hugely important role to play in our rapidly unfolding future.  Many of us have heard a call: a call to search deeply within ourselves, to find our authentic voice and unique power, to use our gifts to liberate and uplift ourselves and others, to become the role models that will help build a sustainable future for our troubled planet.

In this programme, we will work with ten archetypes as a tool kit or resource to help us meet the challenges we face individually and collectively.  How do we as women experience and embody these archetypes in the world, in our work, and in our lives? Which character is dominating your life at the moment? Who do you need to court or build a relationship with? Who might need to be ‘stood down’?  Who has special medicine for you and your projects?  How can you entice that character into action?  How can we build a full range of choices in how we show up?  How can we support each other as women?

We will work in a dynamic, physical, sensitive, deep and playful manner.  Rehearse the future you want to create!
