“Craig displays scintillating dexterity of skill and emotional range, moving between Celtic melancholy, popular songs and South American sizzle."

Craig displays scintillating dexterity of skill and emotional range, moving between Celtic melancholy, popular songs and South American sizzle. Some measured classical pieces are beautifully interpreted, having been adapted from the keyboard or other strings to great effect. Favourite composers include the “incomprehensible genius” J. S. Bach, Albeniz and John Williams. The quality of listening in the room was remarkable. You could hear a pin drop at the moment between Craig’s hands coming to rest and ours joining in the applause.
