Having started her career working with young women on heroin on the streets of Dublin, Penny moved to Venezuela for a year before returning to Ireland to work with the Peace Process. She became involved with a number of key conflict resolution programmes in the North and South of Ireland before the Good Friday Agreement was signed in 1998. It was during this time that she was promoted to senior management and started to develop ways of working in very complex and demanding environments. Her last senior management post in Ireland was Principal of the College of Progressive Education with over 3000 students nationwide. She joined the team in Hawkwood as Business Development Manager in May of 2022. Penny has developed a unique creative problem-solving technique called BeadTrail® which she has used with business leaders around the world.
Visit Tutor's WebsiteJo Weatherall is the founder of Menopause, Mayhem & Teens.
For over 2 years Jo’s own menopause transition was not as straight forward as she would have liked and was made more challenging with teenagers.
With a combination of techniques, practices, products and golden threads of her life including being a registered carer, a hairstylist and a licensed Martial arts & Mindfulness instructor, Jo was able to regain control of her body and brain getting herself and her family back on track.
Jo now works closely with other women to ensure they do not feel alone and have support through their own menopause journey. Being a mobile hairdresser Jo also has a love for chatting and connecting people.
