When training as a Family Therapist many years ago Penny’s first ever client struggled to explain what she wanted to work on using words. As a result, Penny wrote a thesis ‘When Words Fail’ and started to use objects as a method of communication, exploration and discovery. When she trained as a coach some years later, she explored the use of beads in a similar way and developed the BeadTrail® process.
Penny has lived and worked around the world. She lived in Venezuela working in community development and Ireland for 24 years where she worked in education and with the Peace Process. She had three senior management posts in Ireland before returning to the UK to live in 2011. Penny is now Business Development Manager in Hawkwood and is offering this course as part of the programme.
