Facilitating Innovation & Emergence

Facilitator: Robin Alfred

This event will explore the true nature of the future and the part we play in its emergence. Over three days, we will differentiate between imagination, intuition and inspiration; and help participants to better understand the process of innovation. We will also look at what blocks our access to inspiration, including the existence of individual, collective and ancestral trauma fields. Our task will be to uncover the pathways towards sensing, integrating and transforming trauma. The workshop will be highly experiential and will, by definition, emerge in response to the interests and composition of the group.

Event time: Tue 19th Apr 2022 at 4:00pm - Fri 22nd Apr 2022 at 4:00pm

At a Glance

  • Highly experiential and subtle leadership course with excellent facilitator
  • Develop your capacity to listen to the whisper of the future and innovate
  • Explore and understand the impact of trauma in blocking positive change
  • An opportunity for team-building if you attend as a group

What You Will Gain

  • Understand and embody the difference between imagination, intuition and inspiration
  • Develop practices and skills for facilitating emergence within individuals, teams and organisations
  • Deepen your personal practice of inner listening, presence and spaciousness

In this workshop, you will develop the inner and outer competencies that support your capacity to lead from the future and to facilitate this capacity in the individuals, teams and organisations that you work with.

Through deepening and re-framing your understanding of the nature and sources of insight, intuition, inspiration and innovation you will explore –  in part from a mystical perspective –  the true nature of the future and how to source this, live and lead from this.

We will also look at what blocks our access to our deepest sources of inspiration – including the trauma fields that we walk in, be they individual, collective or transgenerational.  Becoming trauma-informed is the first step towards trauma integration and opening more channels to our sources of inspiration.

Guided by expert facilitator Robin Alfred, this workshop will be highly experiential and will draw both on the wisdom of participants and on the teachings of such luminaries as Thomas Huebl, Eileen Caddy (co-founder of the Findhorn Foundation), Don Beck, Arny & Amy Mindell and other teachers who have profoundly influenced Robin’s philosophy and practice.

The programme will include teaching content from Robin; individual and small group exercises to deepen into the topics raised; meditation and attunement practices; and time in nature.
