The age-old Celtic myth of Parzival and the Quest for the Grail will be our vehicle for a compelling and deep journey of self-discovery and purposeful enquiry.
The early stages of our life’s journey are inevitably concerned with proving ourselves in terms of self -worth and cultural rewards.
Sooner or later, a call is heard or an old dream re-emerges that leads us away from the transactional and material world on the soul’s journey towards its authentic expression and unique meaningful contribution.
Many are in the throes of this endeavour – rising shoots now emerging through the open cracks of the old paradigm.
The Myth of the Grail reminds us that until the right questions are asked the Wasteland can never be redeemed.
In spite of all the news of impending disaster, perhaps the greatest challenge and the great calling of our time is to live larger than our fears and to explore the roots of renewal and regeneration.
We invite participants to reflect on key patterns that run through their life and career. By honouring our formative experiences and noticing the archetypal qualities that they point to, we can liberate ourselves from unhelpful habits and earn the freedom to make conscious choices about our desired future.

Michael’s extensive experience, particularly working with archetypes, has led him to believe that most of us have a far greater story living in us than we give ourselves permission to live out and that expanding the repertoire of archetypal expression is the key to wholeness and personal fulfilment.
"This has had a profound impact on me and my leadership – the best insights I’ve had for years."
