An innovative 4-day conference in professional and personal regeneration
Facilitator: Hawkwood Centre for Future Thinking
Event time: Mon 10th May 2021 at 2:30pm - Thu 13th May 2021 at 8:00pm
This confluence will be facilitated by the Hawkwood team, opened by Dr. C. Otto Scharmer, author of Theory U, co-founder of the Presencing Institute and Senior Lecturer in the MIT Management Sloan School.
Joined by Nora Bateson, Dick Baker, Jenny Mackewn, Jenny Andersson, Rowan Conway, Sebastian Pole, and many more.
The journey of our audience is both practical and reflective, an experience that flows through content, connection and process. It invites an intimate gaze upon the connection we have with our work, regenerating you and your mission at its very root.
The enquiry is: How can we work like water?
Recognising that the river banks of our wider systems are crumbling, how can we remain in the flow with our work, ourselves, our lives and the wider world?
Content: Leadership, communication, regeneration and innovation.
Process: Theory U, Social Presencing Theatre and further methodologies.
Connection: Establishing new diverse networks with organisations, thought leaders and change-makers.
This Confluence will be running in the afternoons of May 10th – May 14th, including special evening events each night. Each day will be an experiential journey of knowledge, understanding, and experience, with an emphasis on connection and connectivity.
