A whole new experience…
Coming into this month, we were holding out for the faint possibility that we might be able to get together for the first in-situ workshop of “Reinventing Organisations XTRA” but but this will not be possible so we’ve made provisions to take our workshop online.
On the 25th September, you are invited to join us for a 2-hour zoom orientation session from 14:30 – 16:30; in this session, you will have the opportunity to meet the other participants, hear about our 4 module online program and to ask us questions about any logistics, timings and expectations.
The session will be interactive with music and movement bringing the spirit of our in-person workshop.
The idea is not to recreate the offline version but to create a whole new online experience. You will be moving between break-out and plenary sessions to discuss the three key themes of Re-inventing Organisations – Self Organisation, Wholeness and Evolutionary Purpose.
At the end of this Orientation session, you will learn about the 4 subsequent modules and how this will roll out over the next 4 months. One of the benefits of this model is that you will have space between the modules for reflection, new practices and ongoing learning.
We very much look forward to welcoming you on the 25th September.
The session will be held in real time with the tutors via the Zoom platform. Sign up to this platform is free. You will need a laptop, computer, tablet or a smartphone – with an in-built camera and microphone – and a reliable internet connection. We will provide more information and joining instructions in advance of the first session.

“This is for leaders, coaches, and advisors who sense that something is broken in the way we run organisations today and who feel that something entirely different is called for… but wonder what that might be.”
