Healing Nature & Ourselves

During this course you will learn how to commune with Nature through sacred drama, ancient stories, and song. By developing companionship with Nature-spirits we will enhance both land’s sacredness and our own. Then we will also be able to holistically relate to any location. Bringing healing to the land and contributing to the wellbeing of our planet.

This course will deeply explore Harmonic Resonance, which is an aspect of “Spiritual Ecology”. Harmonic Resonance is based upon the perennial wisdom traditions of our ancestors. The age-old knowledge, that all plants, animals have attendant “intelligences”. Subtle beings who are responsible for the well-being of the Vegetable realm. Who, in the old traditions of Europe, were called “Faerie”.
Faerie is an evolution in its own right. Ranging from the great Angels of mountains, down to individual Nature-spirits for each plant.
We human beings can learn how to communicate with Faerie. Of what ecological value is this? Of immense importance, because the denizens of Faerie are the “managers and directors” of the Vegetable realm – which generates our planet’s atmosphere – without which nothing could live.
This is where Spiritual Ecology comes in. When two different life-streams (Human and Faerie) cooperate together, becoming united by affection. And that affects the outcome. Affection causes plants to flourish. Love heals and enriches – because love is alchemical. David Goddard will be teaching us those sacred ways to heal Nature – to restore Eden!
Hawkwood
Hawkwood is a stunning Grade II listed 19th Century country house, surrounded by 42 acres of sustainably managed woodland, farmland, and gardens. Set in the heart of the Cotswolds – an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty – it is a sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle of modern life. With a diverse selection of nearly 150 courses, there’s plenty to choose from, including courses in transformative leadership, future thinking, inner life, music and the arts. Our programme of courses is led by experienced tutors and leaders in their fields.

Practical Information
Bring suitable clothing and footwear for walking the land in any weather on a variety of terrain, including level gardens, woods and uneven, sloping ground.
Arrival and registration on Monday from 4.00 pm with tea. The retreat begins with supper at 6.30 pm and ends with afternoon tea at 4.00 pm on Wednesday.

David Goddard
Tutor David Goddard is an internationally renowned teacher who has taught for over three decades. He has students from many countries from all walks of life. David is the author of Sacred Magic of the Angels, Tower of Alchemy, and Tree of Sapphires. David co-founded the Rising Phoenix Foundation in 2005. He has dedicated his life to helping people reach their spiritual potential for a better world.
As an initiate and recognised teacher, he has committed his life to instructing and sharing the ancient technology of transformation – which gives knowledge, wisdom, happiness and joy. In the West, Alchemy, Qabalah and Theurgy are the basis for this technology. David gently guides seekers and practitioners through their journey into the NOW, or cosmic consciousness – wherein we discover our own limitlessness. He helps people to achieve this state and move beyond self-defeating limitations to live a life filled with love, grace, ease and lightness.
