This online creativity workshop will awaken your creative juices through a combination of: writing, drawing, singing, stretching and connection.
We are excited to welcome Composer, Singer, Song-Theatre Creator: Helen Chadwick to our programme.

In this online Creativity Workshop we will move between stretching, drawing, writing, using our voice and using colour. With moments of reflection in small groups.
No prior experience of writing, art, movement or singing is needed. This is simply a way to support ourselves to be creative, in the knowledge that others are making things at the same time.
This is not about being an artist, it is simply about creating and how that experience can nourish us. And it is about nourishing our creativity.

Helen is a Composer, Singer, Song-Theatre Creator. With teams of collaborators, Helen create concerts, recordings, song-theatre performances and site-specific choral events.
Helen's awards include: President’s Award from WaterAid
Honorary Fellowship from Dartington College of Arts.
