Facilitator: Katherine Long
Event time: Tue 21st Sep 2021 at 6:30pm - Tue 12th Oct 2021 at 8:30pm
Spanning the Spring and Autumn equinoxes, and the Summer and Winter solstices, this quartet of online retreats provides the opportunity to deepen your relationship with Self in a flowing exchange within the wider body of Nature.
With the four seasons as our guides, we will explore the themes of new beginnings, growth, harvest, death and rebirth as part of an ongoing regenerative flow, helping to build inner and outer attunement and coherence. It is as we engage with these flows that we discover the deep wisdom inherent in Nature’s capacity for self-healing, and learn to apply key principles to the different aspects of our lives.
We recognise that participants may be joining from many different parts of the globe, so there is also the opportunity to learn from polarities across different seasons and experiences.
Each series of 4 sessions is a standalone course, with its own unique focus, or you may choose to commit to all four throughout the year. You will be encouraged to find your own personal inquiry for each programme, and to use the sessions to sense more deeply into what is emerging for you personally, as well as collectively within the group. We will be integrating embodiment via Focusing practice (Gendlin), movement, creativity and of course the natural environment, wherever you may be.
Autumn – Harvest time
Through this season of harvest, you will have the opportunity to explore your own, and any shared inquiry that emerges to reflect on:
- Taking time to experience gratitude
- Balancing our energies: working and resting
- Living with abundance and scarcity
- Sharing in the harvest, giving generously
