Help Hawkwood Shine!

In the run up to Valentine’s Day, come and give Hawkwood some love! Help to make our place sparkle and shine for spring alongside other willing workers. Skills needed are: painting, decorating, carpentry, maintenance and more.

In exchange for your talents, willingness and up to five hours of your time per day, we would love to offer you fabulous food inclusive of breakfast, lunch and supper, accommodation and of course social time in the evening.

*You can choose to come for a day or two, or for the full week.

Calling all volunteers! Come for a day or residential for the week! Our beautiful Grade II listed house and converted stables are in need of a spring clean in mid-February. We would love your help with tasks including decorating, decluttering, deep cleaning, furniture restoration and more.

We are looking for people who are fit for physical work, with skills in painting, carpentry, upholstery, gardening or simply a willing pair of hands and team spirit. Please call the office for more information and to book in.

Practical Information

Please bring suitable shoes and clothes that you don't mind getting dirty so you can get stuck in! Costs will go towards food, refreshments and accommodation.
