With the four seasons as our guides, we will explore the themes of new beginnings, growth, harvest, death and rebirth as part of an ongoing regenerative flow. These self healing retreats will help to build inner and outer attunement and coherence. It is as we engage with these flows that we discover the deep wisdom inherent in Nature’s capacity for self-healing, and learn to apply key principles to the different aspects of our lives.

We recognise that participants may be joining from many different parts of the globe, so there is also the opportunity to learn from polarities across different seasons and experiences.

The 4 Sessions

Each series of 4 sessions of these self healing retreats, is a standalone course, with their own unique focus. Alternatively, you may choose to commit to all four throughout the year. You are encouraged to find your own personal inquiry for each programme, and to use the sessions to sense more deeply into what is emerging for you personally, as well as collectively within the group. We will be integrating embodiment via Focusing practice (Gendlin), movement, creativity and of course the natural environment, wherever you may be.
