Writing Competition

An invitation for you to narrate and create the stories of today

We are fingers crossed, collectively working towards a healthy existence for humanity here on earth. Whether we know it or not, the almighty mission to harmonise with nature is very much alive, and the mission is ours.

We are living in an extraordinarily unique era. To unlearn, uncover, and dismantle what is destructive to ourselves and our living systems and discover, create and most importantly ‘do’ what supports the new.

This is a discovery, and to get there, we need to walk our talk.

This competition is an invitation for everyone. From the intellectuals and activators to the artists, rebels, re-makers of a fresh and regenerative future, and to you. Whatever your walk of life. Explore themes surrounding an ecological equilibrium and write from the richness of the ‘anything is possible’ narrative to create our world anew.

Hawkwood Centre for Future Thinking welcomes article entries of 1000-1500 words: the home run of humanity in the mission to protect the planet.

As a cross-disciplinary arts charity, we welcome all mediums of writing, including poetry, prose, plays, and articles.
