Elizabeth Stopford

“My name is Elizabeth Stopford and I’m a Grierson award-winning and Bafta-nominated filmmaker.
My filmmaking re-imagines “forgiveness” as a creative, collective practice that integrates and transforms our potential to connect with ourselves, our bodies, each other, and the natural and spiritual world.
Over the week I have been able to deepen the filmmaking practice I have been developing over the past twenty years, to take my work out into the forest and bring the forest back into my work. This gave rise to a breakthrough moment on the creative feature film I am developing that I hope to see screened first at Hawkwood!”
