We are a team of confident, happy, professional individuals who care. Each Hawkwood team member demonstrates the core charity values: being curious, caring, collaborative, guest-centred and respectful.

We’re proud to truly be a bottom-up organisation, in which each and every Hawkwood team member has a say in the direction of the charity. We host monthly company-wide meetings to discuss our strategy and gather input from the team.

We have a variety of spaces on our beautiful grounds for people to have fun, relax or get a bit of quiet time. Our team welcomes anyone who lives our values, so please get in touch if we sound like the place for you.
