Opportunities have arisen to join the Board of Trustees at Hawkwood, a national centre for future thinking and the arts based in Stroud, Gloucestershire.

You will have a passion for education and the arts and preferably have a background in hospitality or fundraising (particularly capital campaigns) alongside solid business experience.  You may also have professional organisational experience at a senior level; have an understanding /willingness to learn the principles of good governance in the Charity Sector; time to commit yourself to a programme of quarterly Trustee meetings and the ability to work with other trustees and the Chief Executive to meet the defined objectives of the charity.  The appointment is unpaid but expenses will be met.

PA to Chief Executive

25-30 hours per week

1 year internship

Programming and Marketing intern

25 hours per week

Salary: National Minimum Wage

1 year internship

Your focus will be supporting the Marketing Projects Manager and Programme Manager in all aspects of programming, marketing and sales.

This will include promoting Hawkwood’s courses and Hawkwood venue hire as well as sharing content and stories from our events and residency programmes,  working with the Programme Manager and Marketing Projects Manager.  You will ensure the smooth running of administrative duties involved in tutor bookings, liaison and operations.

You will also support the sales and marketing teams, to help accelerate our revenue growth, customer acquisition and retention.

Part Time Housekeeper

Part-time, flexible hours

Salary: National Minimum Wage

We are looking for an experienced housekeeper. A friendly, self-motivated housekeeper able to provide exceptional service in room cleaning and preparation. You will ensure that cleanliness is maintained at all times. The role also requires physical aspects such as lifting and carrying. You will work alongside our fantastic Head of Housekeeping, Dee.
