Head Chef

We are looking for an innovative Head Chef with a passion for nutritious, wholesome food using organic, local, and ethically sourced ingredients wherever possible. The role is hands-on, leading the support chefs and working on shift with the catering supervisors to ensure the smooth, efficient day to day running of the hospitality offering at Hawkwood. Duty Manager – Catering

Salary: £9.91/ hr
We are looking to add experienced duty managers to our catering team. The job is based within our catering department and the role is split between supervising a small team, organising the daily operations, keeping a clean operational kitchen and dining area, some basic food preparation and serving/ assisting our guests – all with a flexible, positive, can-do attitude.
