Maintenance (Facilities) Manager

Full-time and flexible hours

Salary: To be discussed

We are looking for a Facilities Manager to join our vibrant team. The primary responsibilities are to maintain our historic buildings and outbuildings both internally and externally, to manage all aspects of safety and compliance aspects within the estate. To assist with maintenance on the grounds and set up group rooms for venue hire/ course bookings.

The successful candidate will be flexible, a team player, but also able to work on their own and take the initiative. This is an active role, so the successful candidate will need to perform duties such as lifting heavy items and working at heights.

The role involves working within the operations team as well as our customers and helping with their needs, so candidates must have excellent customer service, communication and personal skills.

A part-time role may be considered based on a minimum of 22.5 hours per week. On this basis, hours will be scheduled to suit the needs of the business.

Catering Assistants

Salary: National Living Wage

We are looking to add experienced catering assistants to our friendly kitchen team. The role is keeping a clean, operational kitchen & dining area as well as serving our guests meals and refreshment breaks – all with a flexible, positive, can-do attitude. We are looking to add experienced duty managers to our catering team. The job is based within our catering department and the role is split between supervising a small team, organising the daily operations, keeping a clean operational kitchen and dining area, some basic food preparation and serving/ assisting our guests – all with a flexible, positive, can-do attitude.
