Creative Onsite Programme & Residency Manager

Full-time, onsite.

Salary: £24,000

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Creative Onsite Programme and Residency Manager to join our team here at Hawkwood. This exciting role is responsible for curating and managing the ongoing onsite course programme, festivals and events – focussing on Arts, Sustainability, Well Being and Leadership – as well as being responsible for the management of the national residency and fellowship programmes. This role will work closely with the Digital Programme Manager to ensure a smooth and cohesive programme with our digital presence. Personal Assistant to Chief Executive Officer

Part-time.

Salary: £20,000 pro-rata

We are looking for a detailed and solution-oriented individual, with superior communication and organisational skills, as well as a strong desire to learn to embrace, articulate and work with the Hawkwood vision. Operational Support Assistant

Full-time.

Salary Bracket: £19,000-£21,000

We are looking for an Operational Support Assistant to join our team here at Hawkwood. Your main responsibility will be to support the General Manager & Bookings Manager in the smooth running of administrative, operational and customer experience functions of the business. You will provide excellent customer service to guests and visitors alike to ensure high standards of administrative duties in reception. You will be dealing with enquiries, processing bookings & checking guests in, providing the catering team with organisational support, operational support, ensuring a warm welcome and having a complete orientation of the property. Duty Manager – Catering

Full-time and flexible hours

Salary: £9.91/ hr

We are looking to add experienced duty managers to our catering team. The job is based within our catering department and the role is split between supervising a small team, organising the daily operations, keeping a clean operational kitchen and dining area, some basic food preparation and serving/ assisting our guests – all with a flexible, positive, can-do attitude. Kickstart Opportunities

Hawkwood Centre for Future Thinking is delighted to be participating in the new government Kickstart Scheme. We’ve teamed up with Create Gloucestershire to offer young people who are part of the Kickstart scheme a chance to work with us. We have various placements available designed to equip young people with the skills and confidence necessary to build an exciting new career in the arts.

These are Kickstart opportunities – so it’s only open to young people aged between 16-24 who are currently unemployed and claiming universal credit. To apply, you must speak to your JobCentre Plus work coach.
